What is the minimum order ?

There is no minimum order, 1 piece is ok.

What’s the function for CO2 laser ?

CO2 Laser is used to engrave or cut for almost all non-metal materials like Acrylic, Wood, Paper, Fabric, Leather ,film etc.

How much thickness does it cut?

Cutting thickness is related to laser power. Take acrylic as example

80W : 0-8mm

100W: 0-15mm

130W: 0-25mm

What about the packaging?

Water-proof film is covered on machine body with foam protection and solid seaworthy wooden box.

What about the delivery?

With 1000 Sets annual production, keep enough stock in factory with fast delivery. Exact date is confirmed by related sales.

How to choose laser machine?

You can tell us your processing requirements,For example you can tell us what materials you would like to process and the thickness of your materials. We would offer you professional advice on choosing suitable machines.

How to Install the machine after receiving it?

We will offer you detailed videos and user manual to help you set up and operate the machine step by step. Usually the machine is well-tested and installed before delivery,Only need to install the auxiliary units to the machine like water chiller air pump exhaust fan and software,then you can begin to try operate. During operation if you have any questions, our sales or technician will always offer you online support to assist you.

In case machine is having a problem, how do us offer after sales services?

Our technician or sales person will help you to diagnose the problem via online chatting tools or email and fix the problem. During the guarantee period,If the machine parts are damaged and need to be replaced,we will provide parts required free of charge by express. If the parts damaged artificially, customers need to buy the parts themselves with our cost price. But lifetime technical services will be always provided for you.

Fiber laser marking machines : we offer one year warranty for the whole set machine.
Fiber laser cutting machines warranty: One year for the machine two years for the fiber laser generator fromthe date of delivery excluding the consumables(Protective mirror, Nozzle and Ceramic rings).
CO2 laser cutting & engraving machines: we offer one year warranty for the machines (Excluding Consumable parts, laser tube 9 months warranty,mirrors and lens for 3 months warranty).
Laser welding machines: one year warranty( except consumable part xenon lamp 6 months warranty)
CO2 laser marking machine with one year warranty.
